SpaceXAI seeks a Facilities Supervisor to design, build, activate, and maintain advanced facilities at our Southaven and Memphis sites. You’ll lead a hands-on team, manage multiple projects, and ensure safe, cost-efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Role emphasizes autonomy, strong prioritization, and clear communication with management. Candidates should have a strong background in facilities maintenance and the ability to drive continuous improvement across campus systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team performing inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems; including mechanical/HVAC, electrical, compressed air, plumbing tasks.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects in line with business objectives.
• Know and understand all safety procedures and observe contractors; report unsafe acts.
• Maintain records for all trades as required.
• Oversee vendor/contractor finances with buyers and AP.
• Coach and develop technicians to improve performance.
