Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance team across Memphis and Southaven sites. You will design, activate, and sustain advanced facilities while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facilities management, a technical background in building systems, and strong leadership with safety focus. This full-time role requires on-site presence and collaborative vendor management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, maintenance, and repair of campus systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Direct a team of technicians across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC specialties.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business goals.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report unsafe acts.
• Maintain records for all trades as required.
• Understand mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, VFDs, pumps, and compressors.
• Communicate daily activities and project updates to the Manager.
• Oversee vendor/contractor finances and assist with accounts payable.
• Coach and develop team to improve performance.
