Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to design, build, activate, and maintain advanced facilities at the Southaven and Memphis sites. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage multiple projects, and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

The role directly impacts facility cost control, vendor competitiveness, and the company image with customers and VIPs. You will oversee safety procedures, record-keeping, and coordination with purchasing and accounts payable, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facilities management and building systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems (mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Direct a team of plumbing, compressed air, electrical, and HVAC technicians.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain safety procedures and report unsafe acts to supervisor.
• Keep records for all trades and equipment.
• Communicate daily activities and project updates with the Manager.
• Manage vendor/contractor finances with buyers and AP.
