Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems at the Southaven and Memphis sites. The role emphasizes autonomy, project management across multiple initiatives, and cost-conscious facility care aligned with company values.

Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, experience with automated facilities monitoring, and strong budgeting and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with building management and automated facilities monitoring systems preferred.
• Experience budgeting and managing third-party vendors desired.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of campus-wide systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Direct a team of facility technicians across trades.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure safety procedures are observed and unsafe acts are reported.
