Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in implementing short and long-term projects.
• Develop programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with client representative.
• Develop annual management plans for buildings in the area.
• Prepare timely variance reporting for each property.
