Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a maintenance environment or customer service
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Strong computer skills including CMMS and Office 365
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service support via phone and email for facility-related inquiries and issues
• Create and manage work orders using multiple CMMS systems with accurate, detailed documentation
• Follow up with customers to gather data and ensure satisfaction with services
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members
