Bish’s RV Meridian is seeking a friendly, detail-focused Service Admin in Meridian, Idaho to support service and sales teams with data entry, customer follow-up, and delivery coordination. This role requires professional communication and the ability to manage documentation using Service databases.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system.
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation.
