Job summary

ProCare Medical Equipment in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a high-energy Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to patients and providers. This full-time, in-office role requires strong computer skills, careful data entry, and the ability to de-escalate challenging calls.

You’ll answer inbound calls, make outbound follow-ups, coordinate deliveries, and educate customers on the right equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate conversations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide patient/customer support.
• Make outbound calls to coordinate care and follow up.
• Take orders and enter data accurately into our systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure timely service.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone.
• Educate customers on appropriate medical equipment.
• Communicate across departments to keep operations smooth.
• Support patients and providers with fast problem-solving.
