• Ability to traverse large facility campuses or campus-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and close work orders for critical environment operations in the CMMS.
• Oversee vendor maintenance actions ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance activities and trainings.
• Ensure maintenance actions are traceable and compliant with standards.
• Source and manage vendors for maintenance and operations.
• Report on performance, forecast, and spend; provide improvement insights.
