Ideal candidates have familiarity with CMMS, Excel and Google Workspace, and can multitask under time constraints. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, process improvement and professional growth within JLL.

Qualifications

• High school education or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in facility management, property operations, or CRE environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS for work order coordination and tracking.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive and strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to JLL support services and account team members.
• Assist with CMMS to create and upkeep work orders with technical staff and vendors.
• Respond to work orders promptly, ensuring KPI compliance and customer service.
• Support teamwork, performance excellence and client satisfaction.
• Assist with vendor badging processes and task-oriented duties.
• Demonstrate leadership and creativity in delivering service delivery.
