This role is based onsite inBellevue’s vibrant Spring District and offers the opportunity to work alongsidea collaborative facilities team supporting approximately 500,000 square feet ofprimarily office space. As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart ofdaily operations, partnering with clients, vendors, contractors, landlords, andinternal stakeholders to keep facilities running seamlessly. From coordinatingservice requests and work orders to helping drive projects and maintenanceinitiatives to completion, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstandingworkplace experience for employees and visitors alike. Washington Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $27.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $28.85 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
