Job summary

You will work with Facilities Managers, Engineering and Maintenance teams to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, efficient workplace. The position involves tracking work orders, analyzing reports for trends, and collaborating with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years in facilities.
• Some finance-related tasks like PO creation or invoices preferred.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to follow routines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and close work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Generate and analyze maintenance reports to spot trends.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers on procedures and reporting.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• review vendor paperwork and conduct site walkthroughs.
