Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in supervisory roles or shift management preferred.
• Ability to use standard and innovative solutions to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Track staff training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate team daily activities; set work schedules and deadlines.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Ensure technicians have information and materials to complete work activities.
• Develop cost estimates for work orders, maintenance activities, systems, and projects.
• Establish and maintain facilities maintenance budgets.
• Respond to emergencies and seek help when needed.
• Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans.
• Mentor others to build expertise across disciplines.
• Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
