Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Facilities Coordinator II to provide excellent client service while managing facilities onsite. You will support cleaning, light maintenance, and other soft-service activities at the client site.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, overseeing moves/adds/changes, and ensuring smooth operations. GMP experience and MS Office skills are preferred, with benefits available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, support services, or housekeeping.
• Experience with soft services, including janitorial work.
• GMP experience is preferred.
• Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, additions, and changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
