Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Facilities Coordinator II to deliver excellent customer service in managing client facilities. You will oversee cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities at the site, drawing on soft services experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or housekeeping.
• Experience with soft services, incl. janitorial.
• GMP experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom.
• Manage all moves, additions, and changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
