Compass Group USA, through its ESFM division, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support the Business Services Manager and deliver exceptional service to clients.

The role includes coordinating subcontractors across cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations, and handling moves, adds, and changes to facilities. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior Facilities Management experience in Business & Industry
• Experience with Soft Services including Janitorial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• P&L Management
• Client relations and customer service oriented
• Team leadership and staff development

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, adds, changes and space modifications for client facilities.
