Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator II to provide excellent customer service in managing facilities for our clients. This position will allow you to utilize your experience in soft services and assist with overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other activities performed at the client site.

ESFM USA offers a Monday–Friday schedule (12:00 pm–8:30 pm) with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance within a national facilities platform.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
