Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Facilities Coordinator II to deliver exceptional client service in facilities management. You will support cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities at client sites while coordinating subcontractors and moves, additions, and changes.

The role emphasizes GMP awareness, MS Office proficiency, and strong vendor coordination to maintain high service levels for diverse clients across life sciences, technology, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
