Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Facilities Specialist in Stamford, CT. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed while supporting a small team of facilities managers.

The role is a 4-month contract with a potential extension, working Monday–Friday 8:00–4:00, with slight flexibility. Candidates must be U.S. authorized and work on a W2; no PTO or benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and customer facing.
• Must stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills: emails, Excel, and using a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.
• Relay messages to internal help desk and manage site communications.
• Order pantry supplies and manage on-site amenities.
• Be the face of the site and support FM on daily tasks.
• Enter/track tickets in the system and follow up on fixes.
