Job description

This position supports the Facilities and Construction function specifically, owning the end-to-end Purchase Requisition lifecycle for all facilities and construction-related procurement. This role works closely with Facilities project managers, Finance, and the Procurement team to ensure all construction and facilities spend is properly requisitioned, coded, and approved before purchase orders are issued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all facilities and construction projects, ensuring accurate cost center, project code, budget allocation, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage the PR approval workflow: route PRs to the appropriate approvers, track approval status, and follow up on outstanding approvals.
  • Escalate stalled or overdue approvals to the relevant stakeholders to prevent project delays.
  • Coordinate with Facilities project managers and site leads to understand upcoming procurement needs and translate them into timely requisitions.
  • Verify that each PR is aligned with the approved project budget and scope before submission.
  • Liaise with the Purchasing Operations team to ensure smooth handoff from approved PR to PO issuance.
  • Maintain a tracker of all open PRs, approval status, and expected PO conversion dates for Facilities and Construction.
  • Support budget reconciliation by providing accurate PR and commitment data to Finance on request.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $99.66/hour - $155.71/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
