Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management/Inspection professional to act as the Owner’s Representative from inception through project completion, ensuring contract compliance and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating with the client and project team, managing staff, and developing QA programs across multiple trades at university, municipal, or private projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural or related field required.
• 5-10+ years of construction-related experience with active management/oversight of multiple trades.
• Experience coordinating with owners/governing bodies on construction issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, occupants, architects/engineers, and contractors.
• Develop project management plans and oversee all phases of projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor costs.
• Coordinate sub-consultants and interface with client and project team.
• Prepare bid packages and assist with contractor procurement.
• Lead and manage project staff and ensure QA programs are followed.
