Job summary

Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to manage facility maintenance, vendor services, and compliance across our sites.

You will monitor inspections, certifications, and safety systems, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance while supporting audits and facility projects. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate agency vehicles.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to learn inspection procedures, PM schedules, checklists, and work orders.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services.
• Track inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor life safety and security systems and agency vehicles.
• Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
• Support audits, purchasing and facility-related projects.
