Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to manage the MAP facilities in San Bernardino, CA.

The role focuses on maintenance, safety compliance with building, fire, ADA and health codes, and adherence to contract standards for the agency's facilities. The ideal candidate has a high school or trade diploma, 5 years of experience, and a California State Contractor License in building or electrical trades, with HVAC basics, MS Office proficiency, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma.
• 5 years of experience in facilities or related field.
• California State Contractor License in building or electrical trades.
• HVAC knowledge and basic maintenance understanding.
• Strong organizational and procurement capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee program facilities to maintain safety and compliance.
• Plan and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain supply of maintenance materials and manage purchases.
• Coordinate capital improvements and bid processes.
• Ensure adherence to city, state, and federal codes (building, fire, ADA, health).
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs for utilities and equipment.
