Job summary

Savealifenow is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee regulatory affairs, contracts, leasing, security, and maintenance across all facilities. You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, and coordinate projects with stakeholders to drive efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities include contract administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring adherence to FDA/AABB guidelines and internal policies. Strong reading of technical diagrams and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a facilities management role.
• Experience deciphering technical documentation and instructions, cut-sheets, diagrams and floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, analyze, negotiate, and revise facilities-related contracts.
• Oversee maintenance on all building equipment and systems.
• Coordinate surveys, certifications, and accreditations.
• Assist with project management for ongoing departmental priorities.
• May fill in for Maintenance person as needed.
• Schedule and manage facilities maintenance support for all sites, while assessing building operations and performance.
• Directs and coordinates crews in scheduling, organizing, and completing projects, including outside contractors.
• Collaborates with project stakeholders to meet user needs.
• Assist in administering budgets and complex projects related to security, work order systems, invoices and requisitions.
