Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to independently manage day-to-day operations, upkeep, and coordination of NFH facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and projects, performing routine handyman-level maintenance and coordinating work through outside contractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of facilities coordination or related experience required.
• Experience coordinating vendors and facility projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitors facility conditions and responds to routine needs and service requests.
• Serves as primary contact for vendors and service providers; schedules work and ensures completion.
• Coordinates specialized maintenance with qualified vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Maintains facility records, warranties, and documentation.
• Responds to urgent facility issues and coordinates outside support when needed.
• Performs routine handyman repairs and basic maintenance tasks.
• Coordinates office moves and space changes as needed.
• Supports safety by identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
