Garmin Ltd. in the United States (Greater Kansas City area) is seeking a full-time Facilities Operations CMMS Administrator to manage the CMMS, track assets, and oversee parts inventory and purchasing.

You will schedule and dispatch work orders, generate KPI reports, train staff on CMMS best practices, and partner with Facility Operations and supply chain teams to optimize maintenance operations and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or 4 years equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance administration, inventory control, and/or procurement.
• Minimum 3 years administrative support and demonstrated project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS software (e.g. SAP, Maximo, eMaint, or similar).
• Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of facility operations and facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with inventory control and purchasing procedures.
• Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; customer service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Maintain CMMS assets, preventive maintenance schedules, and work orders.
• Generate reports on maintenance activities, equipment downtime, and work order completion rates (KPIs).
• Train team members on CMMS usage and best practices.
• Develop and implement inventory control processes within the CMMS.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely parts and materials delivery.
• Schedule and dispatch work orders based on urgency and resources.
