Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in facilities.
• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance and HVAC or equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in electrical/HVAC test instruments and power tools.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 200 pounds.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance team, assign daily tasks, and coach staff.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and installation within scope.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and manage workflow.
• Coordinate with vendors for contractual work.
• Ensure safety protocols and LOTO procedures are followed.
• Generate departmental metrics and drive continuous improvements.
