Job summary

Neogen’s Lexington Operations seeks a proactive CMMS Administrator to own maintenance work orders, asset records, and inventory control. You will lead PM scheduling, manage spares, and coordinate with contractors to ensure minimal downtime while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have CMMS and maintenance planning experience in industrial environments, with strong data analysis and cross-functional communication skills to drive reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have experience administering CMMS systems and managing work orders.
• Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in industrial settings.
• Strong inventory and storeroom management abilities.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and support improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CMMS owner and administrator for maintenance activities.
• Develop and track corrective, preventive, and project-related work orders with clear scope and materials.
• Maintain asset records and write/adjust PM procedures for building systems and equipment.
• Manage maintenance crib inventory, stock control, and parts procurement/sourcing.
• Coordinate with contractors and schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
• Support safety, compliance, and reporting; communicate priorities to teams.
