CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer in the Pittston, PA area to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life safety.

You will support preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and energy management to ensure reliable facility operations for clients. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of related experience; Universal CFC certification is preferred and local licenses may apply.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems to keep building systems up to standard.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance to meet rated life; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation within design specs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines; lead by example in CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and service activities within the team and related groups.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information clearly.
