Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in facilities, construction, architecture, or engineering.
• Knowledge of construction/architectural/engineering terminology.
• Experience working with teams on complex projects.
• Proven computer experience, analytical, research, and writing skills, including database management.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget and project analysis services for Facilities Management.
• Assist in planning and management of new construction, renovations, and capital projects.
• Administer and reconcile in the eBuilder construction project software.
