Job summary

Associa is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee HOA assets, facilities, and infrastructure. This role leads preventive maintenance, asset records, and vendor coordination to deliver cost-effective stewardship for Association resources.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, CMMS experience, and strong knowledge across building systems, with a Bachelor’s in Construction or Operations Management preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in facilities management or related fields.
• Experience implementing CMMS or asset management system.
• Knowledge of building systems, roads, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and capital planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; related software experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Operations Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management program including maintenance records and warranty tracking.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans using Reserve Analysis and manufacturer guidance.
• Manage budgets, work orders, and repairs; ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; review invoices and contracts.
• Support procurement with scopes of work and RFP evaluations.
