Associa is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee a residential association, liaising with homeowners, vendors, board members, and the CSSC. You will supervise operations, manage the annual calendar, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires knowledge of property management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. An Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred; 1–3 years HOA experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of Community Association experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office and business correspondence.

Aufgaben

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement.
• Liaise with the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports for the Board.
• Coordinate inspections, procurement, and special projects.
• Attend board meetings and support architectural review processes.
