Job summary

Associa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep on buildings, grounds and equipment, while supervising contractors for major repairs. You will handle work orders, manage inventory, coordinate with the Community Association Manager, and ensure safety and CMS records are up to date.

The role includes routine pool service, emergency call-outs, and a schedule that may include weekends. A high school diploma plus 2+ years in maintenance management is required; certifications such as CPO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in facility management or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a maintenance management role.
• Ability to read, analyze, and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds.
• Supervises contractors and vendors for major repairs and maintenance.
• Reviews work orders and completes tasks professionally.
• Keeps MSDS records and ensures safety compliance.
• Performs routine pool services and pressure washes surfaces.
• Coordinates with the Community Association Manager and Board of Directors.
