Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in facility/operations/project management with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Budget oversight and cost-control experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple projects and urgent client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline staff and supervisors; foster engagement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Coach staff to improve performance, growth, and policy compliance.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations with HR.
• Primary client contact; manage relationships with property teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure services meet contract terms; address feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase billable work.
• Oversee daily facility operations including janitorial, parking, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance with ABM policies and OSHA regulations.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports and cost analyses.
• Develop training programs focused on safety, operations, and customer service.
