Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Manager to oversee daily operations of the metal fabrication department.

You will lead fabrication personnel, plan production, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet project requirements and schedules. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on metal fabrication experience and a proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication or related manufacturing field.
• Supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the metal fabrication department.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, and workflow management.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance across fabrication operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and specifications.
