Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department. This role ensures efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and the development of team members.

The ideal candidate has hands-on metal fabrication leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of delivering results. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QAPs).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• High levels of organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent reading of measurements and tolerance checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring safety and production goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Assign tasks based on skill sets and project needs.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Monitor schedules and adjust staffing to prevent delays.
• Oversee setup and operation of fabricating machines.
• Ensure products meet dimensions and quality per blueprints.
• Review and approve final inspections before delivery.
• Identify fabrication issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain production records and KPIs.
