Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a seasoned Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department and drive efficient production. You will lead and develop the fabricating team, ensure quality adherence to blueprints, and coordinate with other departments to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on metal fabrication leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial fabrication.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QAPs).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring safety and production goals.
• Perform performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Assign tasks based on skills and project needs; balance workload.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Oversee setup and operation of fabrication machines; ensure blueprints followed.
