Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department.

You will ensure efficient production, quality adherence, and development of team members, with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and leadership in a manufacturing setting. The role requires guiding a team to meet production goals, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication setting.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and machinery.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures (QAPs).
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring safety and production goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Assign tasks based on skills and project needs; balance workload.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to prevent delays.
• Oversee setup and operation of fabrication machines.
• Ensure products meet blueprints and quality requirements.
• Review inspections before delivery.
• Identify fabrication issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain records of production activities and KPI data.
