Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Metal Fabrication Manager to oversee the metal fabrication department, directing production planning, staffing, workflow, and safety compliance.

The role requires strong leadership to balance production demands with quality and efficiency, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, and Quality. You will guide a skilled team to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or related field.
• Supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the metal fabrication department.
• Supervise and develop fabrication personnel and managers.
• Set daily/weekly production priorities based on schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Quality to meet deadlines.
• Establish safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
