Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of welding safety protocols and regulations.
• Two plus years of experience welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and mentoring fabricators on the production floor.
• Performing complex welds and conducting quality inspections.
• Maintaining a clean work environment and collaborating with other departments.
