Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Beaverton, OR is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site desktop, mobile, and printer support in a semiconductor manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues while managing Active Directory and software deployments to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned service delivery, incident management with ITSM tools, and strong user documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Fab, plant, or industrial environments.
• Strong experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Office applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN/Wi-Fi/TCP-IP/VPN troubleshooting, endpoint security, patch management, device imaging and software deployment.
• Familiarity with ITSM/Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) and ITIL/service desk practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and endpoint technologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Perform device imaging, software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory access, permissions, and security groups.
• Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management to manage incidents and requests.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle records.
• Follow IT security, compliance, and software licensing policies.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user support.
• Support production-critical systems in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
