Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 2 years relevant experience.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical field support for FAA programs (FTI, MS, ADS-B, DCNS, WMSS).
• Install, repair, configure, test and perform preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites.
• Read and follow equipment drawings and task orders.
• Collaborate with NOCC, SAC and Helpdesk to resolve field issues by phone.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, parts, inventory, and vehicle.
• Able to work on-call and travel within assigned area, including out-of-area as needed.
• Lift up to 32 lbs and access heights up to ~10 ft.
