Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Field Technician for the Field Services organization to support FAA facilities in the ZNY airspace. The role requires field work at customer locations, remote coordination with NOCC/SAC/Helpdesk, and occasional travel outside the assigned area to support FAA needs.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and significant relevant experience; FCC network certs are preferred. On-call work and proximity to White Plains, NY are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with extensive relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Preferred: Network+ and CCNA/CCNP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for FAA programs (FTI, MS, ADS-B, DCNS, WMSS).
• Install, repair, configure, test and perform preventative maintenance on equipment at customer sites.
• Read and follow drawings and task orders; document activities at customer locations.
