Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership F&I management experience.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
• Ensure financing for customers by building relationships with lenders and obtaining best financing options.
• Submit deals to banks electronically using the dealer system.
• Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems.
• Process all transaction paperwork to meet DMV and lender requirements.
• Track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items for funding.
• Participate in store meetings and engage with sales team for accurate transactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding purchased products requiring action.
