Job summary

Lithia Motors in Medford, Oregon is hiring an F&I Manager responsible for presenting financing options, securing lender terms, and ensuring all paperwork meets regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth, customer-focused financing experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dealership F&I management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a track record of accurate documentation and strong lender relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership F&I Manager experience
• Acceptable driving record with valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and build rapport.
• Present protection packages and explain benefits to customers.
• Coordinate financing with lenders to secure best available terms.
• Submit deals to the bank using the dealer system.
• Enter transactions accurately into ADP and banking systems.
• Ensure compliance with DMV and lender requirements for paperwork.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding items for funding.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate and satisfactory transactions.
