Camping World seeks a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to learn, you could be a great fit.

You’ll manage lender relationships, help structure deals, train sales staff, and ensure accurate funding. Strong closing ability and professional presentation are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are required.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts and maximizes F&I PV
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office processes and contracts flow.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with communications to the business office.
• Tracks F&I PV, product penetration and lender penetration.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Helps General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $100,000 - $180,000 or more.
