Job summary

Hutch Chevrolet GMC is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the F&I function, secure financing, and protect gross profit on every vehicle sale. You will work with lenders, drive product penetration, and collaborate with the sales team to complete deals accurately, ethically, and on time.

The role requires strong knowledge of financing/insurance products, exceptional communication, and the ability to train staff on F&I offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financing, insurance, and vehicle protection products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers, lenders, and the sales team.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment in structuring deals.
• Strong organizational skills for contracts and compliance paperwork.
• Ability to train and coach sales staff on finance and insurance benefits.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and insurance for every vehicle sale with diverse finance sources.
• Protect gross profit by fair structuring of finance/lease deals and product penetration.
• Handle paperwork, signatures, payoffs, insurance data, titles, liens, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local and manufacturer regulations.
• Build relationships with finance sources and insurers for competitive options.
• Explain financing options and policies to customers clearly.
• Train sales team on finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Forecast finance penetration with the sales team and present reports.
• Ensure timely collection of finance/insurance fees and rate quotes.
• Maintain contracts, paperwork, and organized insurance files.
