Job summary

Hiring Winners in Seattle is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead finance and insurance activities at our automotive dealership. You will articulate product features and benefits clearly to customers, while ensuring compliant, ethical sales practices.

In this role you will structure and close deals, verify financing paperwork, work with lenders, and promote extended warranties and ancillary products. A proven track record in auto financing and lender negotiations is essential for success.

Qualifications

F&I expertise and product knowledge essential.
Ability to communicate features and benefits clearly to customers.
Must sell ethically and professionally in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Contract new business, sell and close deals
Generate finance income on all sold customers
Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
Contract or collect all money at closing
Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
Maintain a working knowledge of leases, balloons, etc.
Promote Credit Life/Accident & Health sales
Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life
