Hondru Auto Group seeks an Experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the F&I department and deliver exceptional customer value. The role focuses on guiding customers through financing options, products, and services with a commitment to ethical, professional conduct.

The ideal candidate brings automotive F&I expertise, strong lender relationships, and a solid understanding of compliance requirements to ensure accurate, compliant deals and a superior customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Two to four years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a PA Sales License.
• High level of accuracy in processing complex finance and lease deals.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the entire F&I process to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Provide expert advice on financing options, products, and services to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing options.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in financial transactions.
• Comprehensive understanding of finance and insurance products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and lenders.
