Job summary

Gator Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to structure finance deals and drive revenue through aftermarket products. You will complete all documents required for funding and ensure compliance with privacy notices and dealership policies.

This role requires 3+ years in automotive F&I, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build lender relationships. Relocation to Jasper, FL is required; in-person work with a high-volume dealership and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Finance & Insurance management experience in an automotive dealership.
• Automotive dealership experience required.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local regulations affecting vehicle purchases and financing.
• Ambitious and customer-service driven.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and paperwork experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high CSI scores through effective customer interaction.
• Establish and maintain lender and factory relationships.
• Submit all financing paperwork promptly to secure funding.
• Explain financing options and protect customer privacy.
• Process loan, title, and related documents accurately.
• Hit monthly sales and financing objectives.
• Ensure all credit applications comply with policies.
